01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of doxawares.com and any purchase of products or Doxa Experience services from Doxawares. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Eligibility & your account

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order, and must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or checking out. You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

03Products, pricing & currency

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel if you'd prefer.

Prices can be viewed in Nigerian naira (NGN), Canadian dollars (CAD), US dollars (USD), pounds sterling (GBP), or euros (EUR) using the currency selector. The currency and price shown at checkout is the amount charged. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice, though changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

04Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. For example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. Payment is processed securely at checkout; by paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided. We'll send an order confirmation once your order is accepted.

05Doxa Rewards

Doxa Rewards lets you earn credit on qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed on future orders. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire or be adjusted if we suspect abuse of the program. We may change or discontinue Doxa Rewards at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

06Doxa Experience services

Doxa Experience bookings (event planning, rentals, virtual event solutions, event staffing, treats, drinks, and souvenirs) are provided based on the details you give us and are confirmed by a written quote or booking confirmation. Availability of vendors, venues, and materials is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy and in your booking confirmation.

07Shipping & delivery

We ship physical orders from our Nigeria and Canada locations to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address provided. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate, deliverable address.

08Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for both physical products and Doxa Experience bookings are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

09Intellectual property

All content on doxawares.com including the Doxawares name and logo, product photography, page design, and written content belongs to Doxawares or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

10Acceptable use

When using doxawares.com, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through malware or automated scraping.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order or account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

11Reviews & user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us or through platforms like Google, Trustpilot, or social media, you confirm it's your own honest experience and grant us permission to display or reference it in connection with promoting Doxawares. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

12Third-party links & services

The site may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, our live chat provider, and social media. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites you visit from doxawares.com.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doxawares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products or services, including lost profits or event disruption beyond our control.
