06Doxa Rewards and marketing communications

If you join Doxa Rewards or subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name and email to track your rewards balance and to send you offers, new arrivals, and celebration inspiration. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails such as order confirmations.

07How long we keep your information

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Chat transcripts are retained for a limited period to support customer service quality.
